  • We rent tables, chairs, backyard games, Nerf Battle packages, outdoor movie night equipment, cotton candy machines, popcorn machines, snow cone machines, Bluetooth Speakers, and party add ons. You can rent a single item or a full event bundle.

  • North Georgia Party Essentials currently serves North Georgia, including Holly Springs, Woodstock, Canton, Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Ball Ground, Jasper, and surrounding communities.

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • Local delivery may be available depending on your event date, rental items, and address. Please include your event address when you submit an inquiry so we can confirm delivery options.

  • Most rentals are customer setup. We provide the items listed in your package, and the host is responsible for arranging, setting up, using, and packing up the items unless setup is specifically included in the package and confirmed in writing.

  • No. Tables and chairs are rental only. They arrive folded and ready to place wherever you want them. Customers are responsible for placing and setting them up, then folding and stacking them for return or pickup.

  • Yes. Cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cone machines are rental only. We provide the machine and the supplies listed in your package. Customers are responsible for setup, operation, and basic cleanup unless otherwise arranged.

  • Yes. A rental deposit is required to reserve your booking and must be paid with a valid credit or debit card. The deposit serves as security for the rental equipment and is fully refundable within five business days after all items are returned in good working condition.

    If damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or late returns occur, applicable charges may be deducted or charged according to our rental agreement.

  • Every item is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between rentals. If anything does not meet our standards, it is replaced before it goes out.

  • We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead, and 4 to 6 weeks ahead for graduation season and peak summer weekends. Last minute requests are welcome too, and we will do our best to fit you in.

  • We understand that plans can change, especially when coordinating parties and family events. If you need to adjust your date, rental items, or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help with available options.

    Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made 21 or more days before your event. Cancellations made 15–20 days before the event will receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, as we reserve inventory and scheduling specifically for your event date.

  • We always recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events, since weather in Georgia can be unpredictable. If rain or unsafe weather is expected, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to discuss available options, including rescheduling when inventory and scheduling allow.

    For safety reasons, some equipment may not be able to be used in severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning. North Georgia Party Essentials reserves the right to pause or refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.

    Because equipment and scheduling are reserved specifically for your event date, weather-related cancellations still follow our standard cancellation policy.
